Products Sandwich panels


Sandwich panel with a thermal insulation core made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), covered on both sides by a polyester sheet, reinforced with fibre glass. There is the option of a panel with one side covered with a reinforced polyester sheet and the other with a galvanised steel sheet and a polyester paint finish, or both sides can be equipped with a galvanised steel sheet.

The polyester sheet reinforced with fibre glass provides the final product with very significant advantages: long durability, minimum maintenance and ease of washing, high protection and hygienic properties, high resistance to impacts, suitable for food products as it prevents the growth of mould, does not absorb odours, and does not rust.

Technical characteristics

  • Expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam sandwich panel bonded by means of a continuous laminating process, providing a high mechanical and thermal resistance.

Types of covers:

  • Opaque plastic laminates, made from polyester resins, reinforced with fibre glass. Smooth white surface finish (2 mm).
  • Galvanised steel sheet Z225 (0.5 mm) with a polyester paint finish (25 microns).


  • Thickness: 50, 60, 80, 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 mm.
  • Net width: 1,180 mm.
  • Lengths: from 2 m to 6 m (available on request).
  • Other dimensions available on request.
  • Compatible with all types of joints: silicon, T profile joints, supplied separately.


  • Refrigerating rooms, especially in highly corrosive environments (dairy product, salting, fish canning installations).
  • Farm enclosures and agricultural establishments.
  • Partitions:
  • This material is not suitable for exterior use.
  • Maximum operating temperature 50ºC.
